Designed by Iain Oughtred and coached by Geoff Kerr’s glued plywood Lapstrake, Daren Lindley and his son in law Nick Luchterhand started this boat on December 20th, 2016 and completed on June 1st, 2017. This is Daren and Nick’s first boat. Initially the plan was to paint it. but as construction proceeded. They couldn’t bring themselves to cover the lovely wood. The sails were made by “Far East Sails” and the all of the rigging came from Wooden Boat Chandlery in Port Townsend.
