John Breiby completed this boat September 4, 2021 in Wasilla, Alaska.
The frame, chine, stem and transom are red oak. The hull planking, thwarts and benches are a mixture of local Alaska white spruce and some Sitka spruce and pine. The bottom basing into the chine are bronze, ring-shank nails, and plank-to-keelson plank fastings are stainless steel screws . plank lap fasteners are copper Mustad rivets from Norway.
According to Maynard Bray, for whom Pete designed this and another similar boat from himself and his late wife Anne, this boat had never been built before.

I named her Anna Bray, in memory of Maynardโ€™s late wife.

This beauty is the little sister to big brother Serenity, who was built in Alaska as well!
