Kids’ Cove Thrives Thanks to Edensaw Woods, Key City Fish, & New Day Fisheries
Edensaw Woods: A True Festival Partner
From building 750 wooden boats each year for the Kids’ Cove to crafting the beautiful Lifetime Achievement Awards, Edensaw Woods puts their heart into the Wooden Boat Festival. They lend their craftsmanship, creativity, and community spirit—supplying the tent for Kids’ Cove, serving on the LAA committee, and helping make the magic happen year after year. We’re grateful to have such an extraordinary partner at the heart of our festival.
Key City Fish: Serving Up Art & Tradition
Every year, Key City Fish donates the fresh rockfish used in our Gyotaku (Japanese fish printing) at the Wooden Boat Festival—helping keep this hands-on art experience alive for kids and adults alike. Their generosity feeds creativity as well as community spirit.
New Day Fisheries
Every year, New Day Fisheries helps keep the Wooden Boat Festival running smoothly—and cool! They generously donate tons of ice to keep our drinks cold , and they lend us a refrigerated truck to make sure everything stays perfectly chilled throughout the weekend. Their quiet, behind-the-scenes support is one of those essential pieces that keeps the festival afloat—and we’re so grateful for their partnership year after year.
