PATAMAR is a home built boat by a Boeing engineer and launched in 1937. Lightly built of cedar over oak with a teak cabin and original canvas decking. Unique color is Pirate II from Marshal Paint co. I am the 5 th owner and have cruised with her for 27 years. PATAMAR means “foot messenger of the sea” and has traveled extensively through out the Salish Seas and ‘Desolation Sound. As a member of the Classic Yacht Association and Seattle Yacht Club she has participated in many events and has won prizes in the Opening Day festivities. She has always been maintained to a high standard and never restored. She resides in a boathouse near the locks.
