SyB is a Surf Scoter 23, designed and built by Devlin Designing Boat Builders in 2018. We acquired her in 2022. She had been moored at a covered, freshwater marina and was only lightly used. Thus the survey concluded she was in “like new” condition. She is powered by a single 150 HP outboard, so with advice from Sam we created a telescoping mount and installed a Torqeedo electric as a kicker.
