Inspired to build the Rascal after seeing one at the boat festival the year before. Spent the next two years building and learning. Boat features a dash board made from worm wood from the Port Gamble saw mill. Merc 50 is a rebuilt 1973 classic. Hull is marine 4 mil ply with 4 oz cloth with Raka epoxy. Planking is Kahya mahogany, finished with 4 coats of spar varnish.
