Limfjord is strip-planked mahogany, iron fastened with a cast iron keel. The Jespersens raised three children, cruising southern BC in the family boat. One son went on to win a medal in sailing at the Olympics.
She has had several owners in Port Townsend over the past 25 years, and has been loved and cared for over that time. We’ve had her the past 3 years. Our recent projects have included replacing the spreaders, the standing rigging and the running rigging, installing some opening port lights, and the usual ongoing maintenance.
she’s everything I would like in a cruising sailboat and not an inch more.
