I began this project in 2017 and completed it seven years later. My Jumbo is 24 1/2 feet long with an eight foot beam. It has a 200 hp. Suzuki and a 9.9 kicker. I installed an 80 gallon fuel tank, 18 gallons of fresh water storage, a composting toilet, plus a Wallas cabin heater and a Garmin chartplotter. The total weight is approximately 4300 pounds, and it will cruise at 3mpg. I have a goal to cruise at least as far North as Petersburg, Alaska, hopefully next year. In the meantime, my children and grandchildren are looking forward to visiting more of the Salish Sea.
