Where to Stay

Plan your accommodations ahead of time.

Port Townsend offers an array of charming boutique hotels and unique places to stay—but be aware, in-town accommodations can fill up quickly! Luckily, there are many other beautiful towns to stay at on the Olympic Peninsula within driving distance of the Port Townsend Wooden Boat Festival, including:

Port Hadlock - 20 minute drive
Port Ludlow - 30 minute drive
Marrowstone Island - 30 minute drive
Sequim - 45 minute drive
Port Angeles - 1 hour drive
Poulsbo - 55 minute drive
Silverdale - 1 hour drive

Here are a few lodging options to explore as you plan your visit…

          Camping
Get out into the great outdoors! Camping and RV-ing are wonderful ways to experience the Olympic Peninsula. Here is a list of a few campsites in the area, and don't forget to check out the local options on Hipcamp (which is like the Airbnb of campsites & glamping)!

                Groups
Get your sailing club (or any group!) together and come to Festival. Hang out at Festival during the day, sit around the campfire with your friends at night. Interested?  Email: Barb@nwmaritime.org
