Hidden Gems at Wooden Boat Festival:

  • For the Extra Salty: A signed copy of Joshua Slocum’s Sailing Around the World Alone
    Arguably the most famous sailing book of all time. The first person to sail around the world solo, from 1895 to 1898 in his 37-foot boat, Spray. The book is located in the trophy case of the Northwest Maritime Center, by the Cruising & Technical Stages.
  • Best View: Balcony Bar
    Located on the upstairs deck of the Northwest Maritime Center, the Balcony Bar offers a breathtaking setting to enjoy a glass of wine.
  • Pirate Bar: Wee Nip
    Nestled on the Point, the Wee Nip be the perfect spot to rest your feet and swill yer grog.
