How do I apply?

  • Read all of the information on this page.
  • Complete the entire application—linked at the bottom once live—including waivers.
  • Pay the fee. Note: This does not mean you have been accepted into Festival.
  • If you are not accepted, you will be sent an email notification and refunded your fee promptly.
  • If you are accepted, you will be sent an email notification that you have been accepted with more information about participating in Wooden Boat Festival.
  • You will receive periodic emails letting you know where you are in the registration process.

    • In Mid-August, you will receive arrival information from the Harbormaster.
