“While Aweigh” is an 18’ 6” center console skiff, carefully built by her owner using stitch-and-glue construction from a precision CNC-cut kit made of 12 full sheets of premium Okoume plywood. Completed in 2017 after more than 1,400 hours, she is hull #13 of the PT Skiff design from Port Townsend Watercraft. Constructed at DMC Boats in North Falmouth, MA, her build was guided by master boatbuilder Damian McLaughlin, renowned for over five decades of crafting high-performance monohulls and multihulls.
