Originally built for cruising the inland passage she was purchased by her second owner in Port Townsend around 2013. After some upkeep here in Port Townsend she fell into a mixed state of disrepair. I acquired this locally built gem in the spring of 2020 after she found herself on the Utah/Arizona border ready to return home for her next chapter. I brought her home and named her the Navin R. Johnson.. Out of the water for a decade or more, she began her trip back to be a “work boat.” She now enjoys an upgraded electrical system, chartplotter, autopilot, freshwater system, marine head and freshly epoxied hull. She can cruise well over 600 miles on her 70 gallons of diesel and will make for the West Coast of Vancouver Island following the festival. She is a very capable cruising boat for her size and exceptionally versatile because of it!
