Thank you to everyone who brought their boat, their business, their skills and their enthusiam to this record breaking festival!  Attendance was up 15% over past years and the number of boats exceeded a nautical mile! Thanks to each and every one of you.  For those of you who didn't make it this year, be sure to check out the schedule, the links to presenters, boats, educational organizations and businesses participating in this, the largest and truly, the most spectacular gathering of wooden boats in North America. Photos and videos will no doubt be posted on many websites soon, as this was a beautiful year in the marina and saw the opening of our new facilities. Check back later this week and mark your calendar now for the 34th Wooden Boat Festival, September 10-12, 2010.  

About the festival:  Port Townsend's Wooden Boat Festival is the most educational and beautifully located wooden boat event in the world. Featuring 200 wooden vessels, a who's who of wooden boat experts and thousands of wooden boat enthusiasts, there's something to do, someone to meet or a boat to board at every turn. Expanded a little each year, the festival honors its traditions while inviting energetic debate about the latest innovation. Preview and print complete Festival Guides

A printed schedule is available at Main Gate entrance and in the Port Townsend Leader newspaper the week before the festival. An online interactive version of the Festival Guide is posted to the Festival archive when available, usually 2-3 weeks before the Festival.
